Dies ist ein nativer Treiberfehler (Ursache ist die externe ig75icd64.dll, die weder was mit Minecraft (bzw Shaders), noch mit Java zu tun hat). Update deine Treiber, wenn das nichts nützt ist deine Grafikkarte zu alt bzw unterstützt nicht mehr Minecraft.
Falls du eine Onboard Intel HD Grafikkarte hast, musst du deine Treiber sogar downgraden (DL-Link: http:/www.guru3d.com/files-details/intel-hd-graphics-driver-download.html), installiere es allerdings wirklich nur, wenn du diesen Grafikkartentyp besitzt.
