Der Fehler ist schon bekannt und tritt bei älteren Forge Versionen ab Java 1.8 Update 20 auf. Update dein Forge auf die letzte Dev Version oder nutze eine ältere Java Version als die 1.8 Update 20.
Du könntest auch folgendes machen:

- keep java 8 update 20 as your main JRE (test this with java -version in cmd, uninstall u20 and reinstall it incase the older java overwrote it).
